RULES & POLICIES

Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult (18+).

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times unless children are in a staffed party package or special event.

Teens 13–17 may enter without an adult but must follow all safety rules.

All guests using bounce houses, inflatables, or play areas must have a signed waiver on file by a parent or legal guardian.

Waivers must be updated annually.

No running outside designated play areas.

No roughhousing, tackling, wrestling, or dangerous play.

No climbing on walls, nets, or outside structures of inflatables.

No sharp objects are allowed in or around play areas.

Socks must be worn in all bounce houses and play areas (no bare feet or shoes).

Food, gum, and drinks are not allowed inside bounce houses or play zones.

Guests showing signs of illness (fever, vomiting, flu, etc.) may not participate.

Children must be potty-trained to use play areas; diapers are not permitted inside inflatables.

Please use restrooms for changing; no changing on the floor or seating areas.

No outside food, drinks, or decorations except with a booked party package.

Personal toys, balls, or equipment are not allowed in bounce houses.

Strollers are permitted in designated areas only.

Bounce City LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

We reserve the right to remove any guest(s) who fail to follow rules, behave inappropriately, or pose a safety risk.

Participation in activities is at your own risk. By entering the facility, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
